We want you to be satisfied with your experience with Postpartum Meals. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Order was not fulfilled within the agreed time frame.
  • Order did not meet the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., dietary restrictions not adhered to).
  • Technical issues such as payment errors or double transactions.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a refund request via the "Contact Us" page within 14 days of the transaction.
  • Provide your order details, including order number and payment method.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and get back to you within 5 business days.

Refund Timeframe

Once your refund request is approved, the processing time is typically 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Exceptions

Please note that refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences after the order has been fulfilled.
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago.
